Mainframe Engineer
Extensive experience with Mainframe systems, especially z/OS, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
Develop and implement system automation and scripting to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Support environments refresh at enterprise level, troubleshoot, and resolve system and application issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes.
Strong in SQL concepts. Knowledge of other mainframe utilities such as IMS, RACF, or HSM and tools as FileAid, Endevor, DFSORT.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
Test Data Management techniques and process familiarization; strong understanding of data masking/obfuscation process. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
