Job Responsibilities:
· Scheduling Health Checks for Clients of Insurance Companies.
· Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
· Meet commitments to customers and other duties as assigned
· Display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements
· Display sensitivity to healthcare business work environment

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate with 0 -2 years of experience in Customer Service (Voice/mail process)
  • Good communication skills (voice and mails)
  • Customer orientated
  • TPA/Insurance/Broking industry is preferable


Shift Timing:
Working Days: Mondy to Saturday
Shift Timing: 10am to 7pm
