Design and develop custom apps using Freshworks Developer Platform (Freshdesk, Freshservice, etc.).
Implement and customize Freshworks modules including automations, workflows, and ticket lifecycle events.
Develop REST API integrations between Freshworks and third-party systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, Slack, Jira).
Maintain version control and documentation for all custom components.
Regularly monitor Freshworks system performance and usage.
Implement bug fixes and performance enhancements for custom solutions.
Keep platform components up to date with Freshworks' latest releases and features.
Provide L2/L3 support for Freshworks-related issues raised by end users.
Troubleshoot application and integration issues with internal and external systems.
Coordinate with Freshworks support for platform-level concerns and escalations.
Maintain knowledge base and support documentation for user training.
