We are seeking a skilled SAP BW/4HANA Consultant with 4 years of hands-on experience in business data warehousing, modeling, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BW/4HANA solutions to support enterprise-wide business intelligence initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data models in SAP BW/4HANA using ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, etc.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from SAP and non-SAP sources using SAP Data Services or SLT.
• Develop HANA views and use them in BW queries and composite providers.
• Optimize data flows and performance tuning of BW queries and reports.
• Work with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain BW Queries using BEx Query Designer and support reporting in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other front-end tools.
• Provide support for data loads, error handling, and data reconciliation.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Document technical specifications and contribute to best practices and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of BW modeling, LSA++ architecture, and data provisioning techniques.
• Experience with SAP HANA native modeling and SQL scripting.
• Good understanding of BEx Query Design, Analysis for Office, or SAC.
• Experience in integrating data from S/4HANA, ECC, and external systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Familiarity with ABAP for enhancements in BW (optional but preferred).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
