Collaborative Lifecycle Management admin is responsible for managing IBM JAZZ, RTC and Build Forge platforms.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Support and maintain the existing Build forge, Jazz and RTC infrastructure.
  • Participate in infrastructure initiatives including life cycle upgrades and patches
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day BAU activities and user queries.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for incidents as appropriate.
  • Strong Linux working experience is a must.
Knowledge and Skills Requirement:
  • Strong background in ITIL and change management process.
  • Proficient in RHEL/Linux.
  • Experience following change and incident management framework.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • ITIL certification is optional add-on.
