Program Manager NBD

Role Purpose:

The Program Manager will be responsible for customer development, employee supervision, hiring, project management, program management and financial/business health of the program. Program Manager span of control extends over a group of technical and people managers and by extension their direct repartees as well.

Qualification:

Have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Experience:

Having Overall 18-20 years of experience working in Oil and gas industry. Having minimum of 8-10 years of working experience in program managing on asset integrity Management for Oil and Gas industries.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting new business development, preparing the techno commercial proposal and building the team from scratch.
• Build a business plan, define the Program investment and build the team
• Launch and monitor the Program, track the program status, manage the governance and build the program dashboard to track the KPI
• Conduct Risk/Opportunity analysis, and develop and implement appropriate action plans
• Mange the cross functional team Finance, IT, Recruitment and HR
• Responsible for Program P&L
• Manage the conflict between internal and external stakeholders
