Financial Analyst, FP&A
Role
We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our FP&A team. This is a hybrid role based in Mohali, reporting to the Manager, FP&A. As part of the General and Administrative team, you will provide a strong foundation for growth and help scale our global infrastructure. You will be responsible for translating complex data into compelling narratives and partnering with business leads to maximize profitability and hit financial targets.
What you'll do (Role Expectations)
Analyze Monthly/Quarterly GTM performance, focusing on New Business ACV, Upsell/Cross-sell, Pipeline health, and coverage ratio while providing variance analysis of actual bookings vs. forecast
- Manage HC & Expense reporting and forecasting, including Marketing spend, Travel & Expense, and Program Spend, along with variance commentaries and walks
Support the annual planning process and rolling quarterly forecasts by building and maintaining financial models to predict productivity and consolidate regional inputs for US leadership
- Apply preliminary AI/ML tools to automate routine reporting and leverage Generative AI to synthesize large datasets and draft executive summaries
- Partner effectively with US-based GTM Operations and Global FP&A teams, maintaining the flexibility to overlap with US PST time zones for key forecast calls and business reviews

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
CA/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles
Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language (SQL) or other comparable visualization tools
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel
Knowledge of Adaptive, NetSuite, and Salesforce
Flexibility to work U.S. time during the peak days of the quarterly and monthly reporting process
