Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
10-15 years of experience in pharma and manufacturing environments
Demonstrated expertise as a Plant HR or Site HR Head
Extensive experience in bulk hiring and talent acquisition
Proficient in HRMS and HR operations management
Thorough understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements
Excellent skills in stakeholder management
Qualification: MBA / PGDM with specialization in HR
Location: Dehradun
Stability: Preferably at least 2 years in current or previous roles
