  1. Leadership and Strategy:

    2. Lead and manage the IT delivery team, including project managers, developers, and other IT professionals.

  2. Project Management:
    1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
    2. Establish project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure consistent project delivery.
    3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    1. Act as the primary point of contact for all IT delivery-related matters.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, clients, and vendors.
    3. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between IT teams and other departments.
  4. Resource Management:
    1. Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal project delivery.
    2. Manage the recruitment, development, and retention of IT talent.
    3. Ensure the IT team is adequately trained and equipped with the necessary skills and tools.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    1. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions. Conduct regular reviews and audits of IT projects to identify areas for improvement.
      Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  6. Risk Management:
    1. Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects.
    2. Develop and implement risk management plans and strategies.
    3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
