Job Description:
key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360/Enterprise).
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable bots following RPA development standards and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and IT teams to gather and understand automation requirements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and operational manuals.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing production support.
Implement robust exception handling, logging, auditing, and error recovery mechanisms.
Integrate bots with web applications, desktop applications, ERP systems, databases, APIs, and third-party tools.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 (Automation 360) or Enterprise platforms.
Expertise in bot development, task automation, process automation, and bot lifecycle management.
Experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room, Bot Creator, Bot Runner, and deployment processes.
Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, VBScript, or .NET.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML, and application integrations.
Experience working with SQL databases and writing complex queries.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Automation Anywhere certifications such as:
Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional
Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional
Experience with IQ Bot, Document Automation, Intelligent Automation, and AI/ML integrations.
Knowledge of OCR technologies and document processing solutions.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism is an added advantage.
