MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS | |||||||||||||

Education
- Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS |
Knowledge & Experience
- Typically, 8+ years of industry experience, of which 6+ years of experience in Contingent Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a related field, ideally with exposure to plant operations or light industrial environments.
- Preferred to be from Top MNCs (GMI Peers, ITeS) operating out of India
- Experience working within a global or multicountry CWM or vendor management program strongly preferred.
- Prior experience coaching or leading team (e.g., mentoring, acting as a point of contact for a team); formal peopleleader experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience using a Vendor Management System (VMS) such as Workday VNDLY, SAP Fieldglass for requisition management, onboarding, reporting, and/or issue resolution.

- Strong operational discipline and followthrough, managing multiple activities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
- Solid analytical skills, able to interpret data and surface clear, concise insights and recommendations.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority, escalating the right topics to US CWM Leads while handling daytoday operational questions locally.
- High degree of discretion, judgment, attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive data, people issues, and vendor relationships.
