How You Might Spend Your Days
As a Structural Engineer, you'll become part of our Structure team, whereyou'll:
- Demonstrates subject matter knowledge.
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize and plan work to reach set deadline for project & deliverables.
- Responsible for deliverables such as analysis or reports or deliverables in a specific area of appropriate quality and time.
- Work is performed independently with occasional guidance and oversight by senior colleagues.
- Expected to support more senior staff in parts of larger processes
- Work requires broad theoretical knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge to real life situations
- Expected to learn on the job and gain greater practical experience.
- Expected to take initiative, prioritize, and plan the work to reach deadlines, but will occasionally need guidance and supervision
- from manager/more senior colleagues.
