Trainee - Project Management
The goal of a Sago Trainee is to serve as the bridge between internal team's, partners & respondents to manage the operational execution of quantitative market research studies.

Requirements
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build relationships with internal clients and deliver excellent service while supporting quantitative market research projects through their life cycle.
Consult Project Managers to understand their needs and offer creative solutions to complex challenges.
Manage low to medium complex projects, and support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on high complexity projects
Continuously monitor project progress to spot potential problems, communicate progress and manage successful completion.
Manage sample deployment, coordinate with sample vendors, respondents/panelist via email/call & monitor fieldwork
Work with our project management team to understand each client's unique needs and collaborate to help maintain exceptional client satisfaction scores.
Join internal project kick off calls and be the champion of your project, ensuring all team members are fully up to speed on project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
Engage with your leaders and your peers to address any challenges and facilitate teamwork to resolve any issues.
Quality review of survey test links as well as data quality checks during field
Consolidate financials at the end of the project and invoice in a timely manner
Follow all Sago processes and best practices from beginning to end of project

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelors' degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
Entry level (0-1 Year)
Experience with project management and/or Market Research is a plus
Experience in research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi-mode methodology, is a plus.
Computer Skills:
Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
