Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, or related field.

3-7 years of experience in arbitration, legal dispute resolution, or contract management.

Strong knowledge of arbitration procedures, legal frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Manage arbitration cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Review contracts, agreements, and claims to identify potential disputes and risk exposures.

Prepare and submit arbitration documentation, including notices, statements of claim/defense, and evidence.

Liaise with legal counsel, clients, and opposing parties throughout the arbitration process.

Monitor timelines, procedural requirements, and compliance with arbitration rules.

Analyze outcomes and provide recommendations to mitigate future risks.

Maintain records and reports of arbitration cases, outcomes, and trends.

Stay updated on changes in arbitration laws, regulations, and best practices.
