Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant / Support Head with strong expertise in implementation and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP Business One functional consulting, project delivery, and client management.

The candidate will be responsible for leading support activities while also assisting the implementation team in delivering SAP B1 projects, ensuring smooth business processes across finance, procurement, inventory, and sales modules.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP Business One support operations and assist in project deliveries.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP B1 implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, and deployment.
• Work on Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales modules.
• Provide client support and handle functional queries/issues.
• Conduct end-user training and user role/license planning in SAP B1.
• Coordinate with the technical team for testing custom developments and reports.
• Use SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for reporting and data analysis.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Business One functional consulting.
• Experience in implementation and support projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
• Hands-on experience with Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales modules.
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP B1 implementations.
• Strong client handling and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.

• Candidates from SAP Partner companies will be highly preferred.
• Good experience in client interaction and project delivery.
