Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in full stack application development using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
- Architect and design solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Drive adoption of modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud-native solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide strategic solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
- Advanced proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
