🔭 About the Role


Lead a 15‑engineer design team (supported by 3 senior managers) that owns every Wide‑VIN buck regulator (input > 60 V) for TI’s industrial and automotive portfolios. You will drive concept‑to‑production execution across multiple parallel projects, mentor high‑potential talent, and partner with systems, architecture, verification, layout, validation, and product‑engineering groups to deliver first‑pass silicon on time and on spec.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities


  • Own end‑to‑end design of multiple Wide‑VIN buck projects (spec → silicon).
  • Provide deep technical leadership on high‑performance switching regulators.
  • Mentor engineers through design reviews, architecture sessions, and hands‑on guidance.
  • Collaborate tightly with systems and cross‑functional teams to define competitive specifications and differentiated solutions.
  • Drive innovation, product quality, and execution excellence; ensure first‑pass silicon success.
  • Deliver on‑time, high‑quality designs aligned with business and market goals.
  • Build a product‑first, customer‑focused engineering culture.


'05; Required Skills


  • 10+ years analog/power‑management IC design with deep expertise in switching regulators and buck converters (≥60 V input).
  • Proven record leading high‑performing design teams and shipping complex power products.
  • Strong execution mindset; ability to manage several projects in parallel.
  • Experience working across systems, architecture, verification, layout, validation, and product engineering.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication; stakeholder influence at all levels.

  • Direct experience with industrial or automotive power products (ISO‑26262, IEC‑60730 a plus).
  • History of patent contributions in buck regulator or power‑management domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape product roadmaps based on market/applications trends.
