Solutions Architect (Gen AI)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Python at strong production level — microservices, Flask / FastAPI / Bottle, REST API design, async patterns, error handling, modular architecture. LLM / GenAI architecture at hands-on level
• RAG patterns, LangChain or LangGraph or comparable orchestration, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, model evaluation frameworks; must have shipped GenAI workflows into production. Workflow orchestration patterns
• Airflow, n8n, IBM Aspera Orchestrator, custom orchestrators, queue-based architectures. Adobe Creative Suite scripting awareness at architect level
• knows ExtendScript / JSX / UXP / CEP plugin framework well enough to review designs, unblock Senior Engineers, and make tooling decisions; does not need to be the deepest scripter on the team. LLM-assisted development habits
• Cursor / Claude Code / GitHub Copilot or equivalent as a daily tool; knows when to trust LLM output and when to verify. Cloud architecture
• AWS, Azure, or GCP at design level; serverless functions, blob storage, queues, IAM, cost management. CI/CD and DevOps hygiene
• Git workflows, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins, infrastructure-as-code basics (Terraform / Pulumi / equivalent). ITIL discipline
• incident, problem, change management, RCA, SLA compliance

• has led engineering teams of 5–10+ in an agile / scrum setting, including hiring, performance management, and coaching. Stakeholder management
• comfortable presenting to executive committees, defending architecture decisions, and writing technical documents that non-engineers can consume. Define and own the reference architecture, shared platforms, and technical standards across the Creative Automation Hub. Lead GenAI governance, including approved tools, model access, evaluation frameworks, and IP/compliance controls.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership, reviewing designs, unblocking complex technical decisions, and writing production‑grade code when needed. Coach and lead engineering teams, setting the hiring bar, mentoring senior engineers, and ensuring strong delivery and engineering health.
• Collaborate with business, studio, and external partners to ensure scalable, stable, and high‑quality automation solutions.

Job Description:

• The Solution Architect Lead is the technical owner of the Creative Automation Hub, responsible for defining reference architecture, GenAI governance, and shared engineering platforms across squads.
• This role provides hands-on architectural leadership, coaches senior engineers, and ensures scalable, secure, and high-quality automation solutions.
• Acts as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution while owning complex design decisions, tooling strategy, and engineering health.
