Product Marketing Manager
Job Description
· Role Overview: The Product Marketing Manager will own positioning, messaging, GTM, adoption and sales enablement for Mother Diary and Rainbow Shield. The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, content, sales and strategy.
· Key Responsibilities:
o Define positioning, messaging, value proposition and audience segments for Mother Diary and Rainbow Shield
o Build GTM plans for MD community launches, RS membership plans, service launches, partner benefits and hospital-led adoption
o Create sales enablement assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, hospital team scripts, corporate decks, partner decks and service menus
o Build PMM funnel across awareness, education, trust, adoption, activation, conversion, retention and advocacy
o Communicate RS benefits clearly across discounts, yoga, dietician consultations, expert services, off-app benefits and member-only offers
o Build proof assets including testimonials, member stories, use cases, case studies and community success metrics
o Work with product, content, marketing, CX and analytics teams to improve adoption and conversion
o Track MD sign-ups, active users, content engagement, RS subscriptions, service bookings, benefit redemptions, renewals, B2B leads and conversion rates
· Preferred Profile:
o 5 to 8 years of experience in product marketing, GTM, consumer marketing, healthcare marketing or digital services
o Strong ability to convert product/service features into clear consumer and B2B value propositions
