Job Description
1. Brand Strategy & Business Ownership
* Develop and execute the annual brand strategy aligned with overall business
objectives.
* Build and manage the brand roadmap including growth drivers, renovation, and
expansion initiatives.
* Own brand P&L and marketing budgets to ensure sustainable and profitable
growth.
* Track and analyze performance metrics to drive timely business decisions.
2. Brand Architecture & Communication
* Define and strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and portfolio roles.
* Ensure clarity in brand hierarchy and consistency across all platforms.
* Lead development of communication strategy including ATL, BTL, and digital
campaigns.
* Work closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver impactful and
measurable campaigns.
* Ensure cohesive brand expression across packaging, POSM, digital assets, and
content.
3. Innovation & Growth Pipeline
* Drive new product development and renovation projects from concept to launch.
* Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, trend analysis, and
competitive tracking.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain,
Finance, E-commerce, and Global HQ) for seamless execution.
* Monitor post-launch performance and implement corrective actions where
needed.
4. Trade & Channel Development
* Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure successful new
launches and sustained growth of core SKUs.
* Develop channel-specific strategies across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E
commerce.
* Work with E-commerce platforms and marketplace partners to optimize visibility,
promotions, and content execution.
* Support key account planning and promotional strategy alignment.
5. Agency & Partner Management
* Manage relationships with creative, media, research, packaging, and digital
agencies.
* Oversee vendor coordination for campaign execution and brand assets.
* Ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and high-quality output from partners.
* Evaluate agency performance and ROI effectiveness.
6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment
* Lead and mentor the brand team to drive accountability and execution
excellence.
* Liaise closely with Regional Sales Heads, Key Account Managers, Trade
Marketing, and E-commerce teams to incorporate market feedback.
* Coordinate with Global HQ (Spain) on strategic initiatives and innovation
projects.
