Job Description
Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership:
Independently plan, monitor, and manage global cross-functional projects and programs from initiation through completion, including resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting. -
Shared Services Projects & Transitions:
Lead the planning and execution of shared services transitions, including process migration, stabilization, and optimization across global finance functions. -
Finance Transformation:
Drive finance transformation programs focused on standardization, automation, and scalability of finance operations. -
Finance Service Infrastructure Execution:
Apply advanced financial and operational analysis to support the design and implementation of Finance Service Infrastructure. Assist with process mapping, standardization, data collection, and analysis. -
Automation & Innovation:
Lead RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation projects and identify opportunities for digital enablement across finance processes. -
Business Case Development:
Independently develop and implement business cases that clearly articulate project value propositions. Champion and drive change across global teams. -
Advanced Financial Analysis & Problem Solving:
Leverage financial acumen to analyze complex data sets, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative, strategic solutions aligned with best practices. -
Strategic Advisory & Decision Support:
Engage in strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, synthesize results, and provide recommendations backed by quantified analysis to drive business optimization. -
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
Create and maintain Service Infrastructure KPIs and metrics. Develop financial and operational reporting to support prioritization of the Finance Transformation portfolio. -
Governance & Communication:
Ensure effective communication across regions and functions by establishing appropriate governance structures. Communicate key accomplishments, risks, and changes to senior leadership. -
Risk & Quality Management:
Initiate risk management planning throughout project lifecycles. Ensure project outcomes meet quality, reliability, milestone, and budget expectations. - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business preferred. Finance or related discipline.
- Approximately 8-10 years of progressive experience in project and program management, with a strong focus on Finance, Shard Services, and Global Business Operations.
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including shared services transitions, finance process optimization, and automation programs.
- Demonstrated success and expertise working in global, dynamic, and deadline driven environments.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and lead cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Exposure to Internal Controls and SOX/404 requirements
- Experience with Process Mapping and Change Management.
- Experience creating KPI’s and benchmarking analysis.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems that may be related to process, technology, or strategy.
- Demonstrated business acumen to learn other business disciplines
- Prior Robotic Process Automation experience or knowledge.
- Experience with implementation of technology programs that support global process improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management.
- Ability to analyze and address complex business situations and recommend solutions.
- Ability to present complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to adjust approach and leverage creative thinking based on data availability
