Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager in Civil Engineering, located in Payyanur, Kasaragod, Kerala. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgeting, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting any project-related issues. The role necessitates leadership and efficient communication skills to align multidisciplinary teams towards achieving project goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and Construction Management methodologies to effectively lead and deliver infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in Civil Engineering principles and hands-on experience in infrastructure and related technical fields.
- Strong skills in Budgeting and financial planning to manage project costs and resources efficiently.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes and ability to manage and supervise on-site activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Prior experience in handling medium to large-scale construction projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards is a plus.
- Applicants should have at least 10 years of proven experience in building construction projects.
