Clinical Psychologist

About the Role

In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to provide psychological assessments, therapy, and ongoing mental health support. You’ll play a key part in creating a safe, supportive, and effective therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual, couples, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans.
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Contribute to mental health program development and improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• M.Phil or Ph.D. in Clinical/Counseling Psychology
• Valid license/registration (e.g., RCI in India)
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills
• Ethical, empathetic, and patient-centered approach
• Bonus: Experience in trauma therapy, sexual health, or working with diverse populations
