Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Key Responsibilities Financial Planning, Reporting & Compliance Lead FP&A activities including actuals, budgets, operating plans, forecasts, and variance analysis for assigned international entities. Ensure compliance with statutory, IndAS, and group reporting requirements for US and Brazil operations. Perform detailed balance sheet reviews, identify risks/opportunities, and drive corrective actions with local finance teams. Support group consolidation processes, including submissions, reviews, reconciliations, and adherence to timelines. Business Finance & Decision Support Partner with business and local finance teams to support costing, pricing, and margin analysis for informed commercial decision‑making. Provide end‑to‑end business finance support, including: Financing arrangements and funding proposals Related Party Transaction (RPT) submissions Capex proposals and investment evaluations Monthly / quarterly MIS reporting and performance commentary Performance Management & Insights Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly performance reviews, highlighting key drivers, risks, and improvement levers. Support annual budgeting and business reviews with data‑driven financial insights and scenario analysis. Drive financial transparency through robust MIS, dashboards, and analytical narratives for leadership stakeholders. Value Creation & Strategic Finance Drive value creation initiatives through: Strategic choices and cost optimization levers Restructuring and turnaround initiatives for international subsidiaries Business case development and ROI analysis Conduct financial benchmarking with competition to enhance competitiveness and growth. Lead FES-level consolidation for monthly, quarterly, and budget cycles and prepare management presentations. Governance, Controls & Business Partnering Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across international entities. Experience 8–12 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, consolidation, or strategic finance, preferably in multi‑geography / international operations Strong exposure to IndAS, statutory reporting, consolidation, valuations, and business partnering Industry Preferred CA - EY / PWC / Big 4 / Large Mgf corporate officeQualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) from Tier 1 colleges or equivalent General Requirements Key Competencies Strong financial acumen and analytical capability Strategic thinking and business orientation Effective stakeholder management and communication High governance mindset and attention to detail Ability to drive outcomes in complex, matrixed environments Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
