Job Description
- > Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
- > Promote pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- > Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and channel partners.
- > Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in CRM systems.
- > Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and expand networks.
- > Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
- > Support in converting leads into active clients during field interactions
- > Coordinate and schedule Zoom/online meetings for product discussions

- Salary: ₹20,000
- Age: 30+ years
- Tele-calling experience preferred
- Experience: Ex-medical reps, or anyone with sales experience.
- Should be fluent in Tamil, English and Hindi. (Minimum 1 language proficiency): Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu

- Excellent communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and healthcare market dynamics.
