Job Description

  • > Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
  • > Promote pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • > Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and channel partners.
  • > Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in CRM systems.
  • > Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and expand networks.
  • > Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
  • > Support in converting leads into active clients during field interactions
  • > Coordinate and schedule Zoom/online meetings for product discussions


  • Requirements


    • Female candidates only
    • Salary: ₹20,000
    • Age: 30+ years
    • Tele-calling experience preferred
    • Experience: Ex-medical reps, or anyone with sales experience.
    • Should be fluent in Tamil, English and Hindi. (Minimum 1 language proficiency): Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu
    • Bpharm, Dpharm
    • Excellent communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and healthcare market dynamics.
