Vendor Management - Existing:


'A2; Coordinate with the concerned person of different marketplaces to
ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with vendor management
strategies.


'A2; Coordinate with existing vendors to streamline operations, enhance
communication, and maximize efficiency in procurement and
distribution processes


'A2; Help to develop and implement a category procurement support
strategy to support vendor selection and management.
Business Expansion:


'A2; Explore opportunities in the Q-Commerce sector to enhance delivery
speed and convenience for customers.


'A2; Develop corporate gifting solutions for toys and other products to cater
to corporate clients' needs.


'A2; Identify and establish partnerships with modern trade retailers to
expand the reach of toy and nutrition products.


'A2; Facilitate sales to online brands and other online sellers, leveraging their
platforms for increased sales and brand visibility.
Vendor Relationship Management:


'A2; Manage item and vendor data, ensuring accuracy and completeness to
support procurement and inventory management processes.


'A2; Attend fairs and vendor meetings as required to explore new
partnerships, evaluate products, and foster relationships with vendors.


'A2; Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with companyapproved vendors, fostering collaboration and mutual success.


'A2; Meet with suitable vendors to assess their products and determine
suitability for our platform.
