Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end credentialing operations for our US healthcare clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, drives accuracy, and knows the credentialing landscape inside out.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing with hospitals, payers, and insurance networks Oversee provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers Ensure all credentialing files, CAQH profiles, and payer applications are up to date and compliant Lead and mentor a team of credentialing specialists, setting clear goals and SLAs Liaise directly with US-based clients to provide timely updates and resolve escalations Track enrollment timelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements Maintain working knowledge of payer-specific requirements, deadlines, and documentation standards Generate reports and dashboards for leadership review on credentialing TAT and payer status What We're Looking For Education: Graduate in any stream Experience: Minimum 7 years in Credentialing & Provider Enrollment RCM Knowledge: Preferred Leadership: Prior team management experience preferred Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Work Mode: Work from Office – Gurugram Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of US healthcare payer landscape and credentialing workflows Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, Availity, or similar platforms Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking Why Neolytix?
