About Us
We are a growing e-commerce business specializing in smart bidet seats, non-electric bidet seats, and personal hygiene products. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations, customer service, and e-commerce activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer emails and live chat inquiries.
- Respond to order, delivery, return, and product-related questions.
- Update and maintain product listings across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other sales channels.
- Monitor pricing, inventory, images, and product information for accuracy.
- Coordinate small website updates with our developer.
- Identify and report issues such as broken links, incorrect listings, or product sync problems.
- Assist with administrative tasks, supplier follow-ups, and basic reporting.
Requirements
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, customer service, administration, or operations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Google Sheets, email platforms, and live chat tools.
- Reliable, organized, and proactive in managing tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions while taking ownership of responsibilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
Work Schedule
- This is a remote position.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
