About Us

We are a growing e-commerce business specializing in smart bidet seats, non-electric bidet seats, and personal hygiene products. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations, customer service, and e-commerce activities.



Responsibilities

  • Manage customer emails and live chat inquiries.
  • Respond to order, delivery, return, and product-related questions.
  • Update and maintain product listings across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other sales channels.
  • Monitor pricing, inventory, images, and product information for accuracy.
  • Coordinate small website updates with our developer.
  • Identify and report issues such as broken links, incorrect listings, or product sync problems.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, supplier follow-ups, and basic reporting.



Requirements

  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, customer service, administration, or operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Google Sheets, email platforms, and live chat tools.
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive in managing tasks.
  • Ability to follow instructions while taking ownership of responsibilities.



Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.


Work Schedule

  • This is a remote position.
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday.
