We are seeking for SAP FICO Consultant Position
Position Details: Senior FICO Consultant (Group Reporting experience is mandatory)
Location: Remote
Engagement Type: Contract – 6 months extendable
Start Date: Immediate
Yrs of Exp: Min 8+ years of relevant experience
Job Description:
SAP Finance roles focus on the design, configuration, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze financial processes, gather requirements, and implement solutions that improve financial operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze and evaluate current financial processes to identify improvement opportunities and integration points.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements aligned with financial goals.
• System Design & Configuration: Design, build, and configure SAP FI/CO modules to meet client requirements. Ensure the SAP setup supports accounting standards and compliance.
• Testing: Create detailed test cases, perform functional testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation including system configuration, business processes, and testing results.
• Training: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure effective system usage.
• Support: Provide functional and technical support during go-live, post-implementation, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation within the finance function.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules
• SAP Profitability analysis (COPA) Account-Based/Margin Analysis
• Accrual Management
• Standardization and unification of period-end process
• Re-design Profitability analysis (COPA) Account-Based/Margin Analysis method
• Data cleansing and preparation
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Background in finance or accounting
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
