  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and deliver suitable candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Optimise recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and labour laws during the hiring process.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in the talent acquisition function.

    A successful Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition should have:

  • Proven expertise in managing talent acquisition processes, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve hiring objectives.
  • Excellent understanding of compliance and labour laws related to recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
