- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and labour laws during the hiring process.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in the talent acquisition function.
- Proven expertise in managing talent acquisition processes, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve hiring objectives.
- Excellent understanding of compliance and labour laws related to recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
