Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centric designs for websites, mobile applications, landing pages, and digital platforms while ensuring seamless user experiences and strong visual aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, web portals, and digital products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Develop responsive and mobile-first designs optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and component libraries.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and creative teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and continuously improve user experience based on feedback and analytics.
• Design landing pages, dashboards, e-commerce interfaces, and digital experiences for clients.
• Ensure brand consistency, accessibility standards, and modern design practices across all projects.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, AI-powered design solutions, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website, mobile app, dashboard, and digital product designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with startups, agencies, SaaS products, or digital brands.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and front-end development concepts.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and conversion-focused design.
