Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager (Lucknow/ Chandigarh)
Job Description
- Achieve/exceed booking and sales targets set for control valves and Instruments in the assigned territory.
- Effective coverage of End users to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Planning and achieving Orders and Sales targets as agreed.
- Ability to explain our product superiority and there by Conversion of competitor products and develop new customer / markets.
- Furnish monthly bookings forecast to the regional sales leader and meet / exceed the forecast.
- Provide sales and application support to the customers in pursuit of growth and market penetration.
- Maintains a good company image of professionalism, competence, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.
- Furnish reports and feedback on competitor activities, market intelligence, including prices and products on a periodic basis.
- Periodically conduct Technical Presentations to customers to drive Fisher No Equals message.
- Monitor and ensure that the receivables are collected on time and ensure that the DSO is maintained as per the budgeted norms.
You promote a sense of urgency and establishes and implements individual accountability in the team, you see the big picture, constantly inspires future scenarios, and builds strategies to sustain competitive advantage, you serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical/ Instrumentation) with Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in technical sales preferably within the process industry.
- Knowledge of Control valve industry and sizing software of control valves
- Requires Regional travel within the assigned area. Should have customer facing experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Selling and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with basic business software applications.
- Good knowledge of Inco terms and Commercial terms and conditions.
- Good exposure on End user customers in Primary Demand Creation
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Need Techno commercial skills to close contract.
