Spa Therapist Job Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Massage Therapy: Deliver different types of massages (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, etc.).
  • Beauty & Wellness Treatments: Provide facials, body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy sessions.
  • Client Consultation: Assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and explain benefits.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and follow health protocols.
  • Product Knowledge: Use and promote spa products (essential oils, skincare items).
  • Customer Service: Ensure a relaxing, professional experience that encourages repeat visits.

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
