Manager – LV Sales Location: Tirupati / Nellore (Andhra Pradesh) Role Overview The Sales Engineer will drive business growth by combining strong technical expertise with customer engagement skills. The role involves understanding client requirements, delivering technical solutions, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management. Key Responsibilities 1.
Market Coverage Manage and expand business across Tirupati, Chittoor, and Nellore regions Cover key stakeholders including: End customers (Industry, Utilities, Buildings) Electrical contractors Panel builders 2. Sales Promotion & Demand Generation Plan and execute promotional activities such as: IPTs (Influencer/Product Trials) Product demonstrations Roadshows and seminars On-site promotional campaigns Build brand visibility and pipeline generation in the assigned territory 3. Sales Ownership & Growth Drive revenue growth across segments: Industry Utilities Commercial Buildings Develop and manage contractor and panel builder networks Ensure achievement of sales targets and market share expansion 4.
Solution Selling Promote complete electrical solutions, including: FDP (Final Distribution Panels) BBT (Busbar Trunking) IEC compliant panel solutions Integrated LV distribution systems Position value-based solutions instead of product-only sales 5. Stakeholder Management Work closely with: Builders & consultants Contractors & OEMs Panel builders Increase Share of Wallet (SOW) with key accounts Strengthen channel partnerships for long-term growth 6. End-User Engagement Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers Ensure brand/specification preference at project stage Generate demand through early engagement in projects 7.
Technical Sales & Support Generate leads and convert them into business Prepare technical proposals based on: Electrical schematics Client specifications Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Telecommunication Preferred Candidate Profile 4–5+ years of experience in: LT/HT Panels Switchgear Control Panels Automation / Drives / PLCs Strong exposure to Industry / Buildings / OEM segments Ability to bridge technical and commercial aspects Self-driven, team-oriented, and result-focused Rewards designed for you Our Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
