Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales (BESS Solutions)
- Generate and qualify leads across C&I, Renewable, Utility, and Infrastructure sectors.
- Engage customers to understand project requirements and energy storage needs.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for solution design and project feasibility.
- Manage customer follow-ups and support the complete sales cycle.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in BESS, Solar EPC, UPS, Power Quality, or Industrial Electrical Sales.
- Basic understanding of BESS, Li-ion Batteries, PCS, EMS, Solar Integration, and DG Offset applications.
