  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the brand's market presence in the personal care industry.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee product launches and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in brand management and retail marketing within the personal care industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software to manage campaigns and analyse results.
