About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and delivering an excellent customer experience through various communication channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products and services.
  • Meet established service quality and response-time targets.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
