Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

· Drive product promotion and brand awareness among healthcare professionals.

· Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.

· Ensure effective territory coverage and resource allocation.

· Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.

· Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare institutions.

· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regional business plans.

· Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.

· Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and training teams to support business objectives.



Requirements Qualifications

· 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience / 3 + years in a managerial role at pharmaceutical company

· Work experience in diabetic and cardiac segment would be preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
