As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate our expansion in the Indian B2B SaaS market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective customers using LinkedIn, databases, CRM systems, industry directories, and marketing campaigns. Build and maintain targeted prospect lists aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Outbound Prospecting: Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels. Personalize communication to generate interest and initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects using structured frameworks such as BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC, or similar methodologies to assess fit, intent, budget, authority, and buying timelines.
  • Consultative Discovery: Engage with business decision-makers to understand their sales, distribution, channel management, and partner engagement challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM. Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent pipeline hygiene.
  • Deal Support: Work closely with Account Executives to progress qualified opportunities through the sales cycle and support deal closure.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.


What Are We Looking For?

  • Work Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an SDR or Business Development role selling B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Market Exposure: Proven experience selling to customers in the Indian market , as well as, experience engaging with SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.
  • Sales Skills: Strong cold-calling, emailing, etc prospecting, follow-up, lead qualification skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales approach: Good understanding of consultative selling and the B2B sales cycle.
  • Lead Qualification: Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks such as BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC, or similar methodologies.
  • Tools: Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., Lusha, Apollo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), etc.


Preferred Qualifications and Attributes:

  • MBA or Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to Consumer Goods (FMCG/FMCD/CPG) brands or Manufacturing companies.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
  • Strong learning mindset and willingness to adapt.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
