HR Fresher (Human Resources) – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist in recruitment and hiring activities.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
4. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
5. Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
6. Help prepare HR documents, offer letters, and contracts.
7. Track employee attendance and leave records.
8. Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
9. Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies.
10. Support training and performance management activities.
