Sales
Leadership & Target Achievement



  • Manage and lead a team of 10+
    Sales Officers
    within the assigned area.

  • Develop and implement effective
    sales strategies to achieve overall sales targets for the region.

  • Ensure each Sales Officer meets
    their individual sales goals.


  • Field
    Sales & Market Development



  • Conduct regular field visits
    with team members to identify new business opportunities and expand
    market reach.

  • Support Sales Officers in
    pitching VBOND products to retailers, distributors, and contractors.

  • Drive market expansion by
    identifying untapped areas and executing strategies to increase market
    penetration.


  • Team
    Management & Training



  • Provide ongoing training, coaching,
    and mentorship
    to Sales Officers to enhance their selling skills.

  • Set clear performance metrics
    and conduct regular reviews to track progress.

  • Address challenges faced by the
    team and provide solutions to improve sales effectiveness.


  • Customer
    Relationship & Business Growth



  • Build and maintain strong
    relationships with key clients, distributors, and contractors
    in the
    assigned area.

  • Act as the escalation point for
    customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams
    to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.


  • Sales
    Reporting & Market Insights



  • Monitor daily, weekly, and
    monthly
    sales performance of the team.

  • Analyze market trends,
    competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Submit regular reports to
    senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and action plans.


  • Qualifications
    & Skills Required



    Education: Minimum Graduation (any
    discipline).

    Experience: Minimum 5+ years of field sales experience , preferably
    in construction or building materials, with at least 2 years in a leadership
    role
    .



    Skills:



  • Strong leadership and team
    management abilities.

  • Excellent communication,
    negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales data
    and develop actionable strategies.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
    (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Self-driven and
    results-oriented mindset.


  • Requirements



  • Male candidates only.

  • Personal two-wheeler (bike) is
    mandatory.

  • Valid driving license.

  • Willingness to travel
    extensively
    within the assigned territory.
