Sales
Leadership & Target Achievement
- Manage and lead a team of 10+
Sales Officers within the assigned area. - Develop and implement effective
sales strategies to achieve overall sales targets for the region. - Ensure each Sales Officer meets
their individual sales goals. - Conduct regular field visits
with team members to identify new business opportunities and expand
market reach. - Support Sales Officers in
pitching VBOND products to retailers, distributors, and contractors. - Drive market expansion by
identifying untapped areas and executing strategies to increase market
penetration. - Provide ongoing training, coaching,
and mentorship to Sales Officers to enhance their selling skills. - Set clear performance metrics
and conduct regular reviews to track progress. - Address challenges faced by the
team and provide solutions to improve sales effectiveness. - Build and maintain strong
relationships with key clients, distributors, and contractors in the
assigned area. - Act as the escalation point for
customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. - Coordinate with marketing teams
to execute promotional campaigns and product launches. - Monitor daily, weekly, and
monthly sales performance of the team. - Analyze market trends,
competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly. - Submit regular reports to
senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and action plans. - Strong leadership and team
management abilities. - Excellent communication,
negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze sales data
and develop actionable strategies. - Proficiency in MS Office tools
(Excel, Word, etc.). - Self-driven and
results-oriented mindset. - Male candidates only.
- Personal two-wheeler (bike) is
mandatory. - Valid driving license.

Qualifications
& Skills Required
Education: Minimum Graduation (any
discipline).
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of field sales experience , preferably
in construction or building materials, with at least 2 years in a leadership
role .
