Job Title: Manager - Ad Sales - International Business

Position: Assistant Manager - Ad Sales – International Business

Purpose: This role is required to handle advertising sales for international business

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore/Mumbai

Reporting Relationship: Senior Manager - Ad Sales, International Business

Business/Channel/Function: International Business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Servicing
  • Maintaining strict TATs to processing release orders.
  • Coordinate and manage the process of creating and releasing orders.
  • Collaborate with the Sponsorship Team to handle sponsorship tags and the ILU process.
  • Work closely with the Brand Team to assist in the creation of vignettes, L-shapes, Aston, and greetings.
  • Close coordination with agency for make goods and other branding elements.
  • Billing and Receivables
  • Partner with SPNI and MSM billing team for revenue collection
  • Keep tab on the current outstanding.
  • Process advance payments and PDCs
  • Assist Billing team for TDS related task and requirements
  • Client Creation + LegalSupport MDM team for client creation.Process relevant documentation for client creation.Interface with SNP and legal team for legal compliance of commercials and agreements.Collaborate with Legal team to facilitate CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and deal creation.
  • Commercial / Slot Processing
  • Process commercials and Slots with SNP and technical team
  • Work with BONE, Library, CAR, and CDN teams.
  • Download commercials from external link and share internally.
  • FinanceHandle tasks related to Performa invoices and vendor requirements in conjunction with the Finance team.Collaborate with the Finance department, to perform invoice checking and sharing.
  • Commercial / Programming OperationsAssist the Scheduling team in managing pre-emptions, FCT, and overall scheduling.Verify logs for accuracy and completeness in coordination with the Scheduling team.Coordinate with the Programming team for effective slot management and scheduling.
  • Sales Team
  • Perform client reconciliation to ensure accuracy of records.
  • Create schedules for specific clients based on their unique deal requirements.
  • Coordinate with Ctrack to manage missed client interactions and opportunities.
  • Generate Broadview reports detailing achieved numbers and other relevant metrics.
  • All regular MIS reports internal to the team.
  • Working with agency operations for any changes in FPC/ scheduling dates.
