Copilot Studio Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  
• Build conversational flows, topics, and generative AI responses
  
• Integrate copilots with services like Power Automate and Power Apps
  
• Connect copilots to enterprise data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs)
  
• Implement authentication and security best practices
  
• Monitor bot performance and continuously improve responses
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
  
• Debug and troubleshoot conversational logic and integrations
  
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  
• Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio
  
• Knowledge of REST APIs and connectors
  
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
  
• Familiarity with JavaScript or C#
  
• Understanding of AI concepts (NLP, LLMs, prompt design)
  



Requirements

Preferred Qualifications


• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service
  
• 2-4 years of experience in Power Platform / chatbot / AI development
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
  
• Certifications in Power Platform (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400)
  
• Experience building enterprise chatbots or virtual assistants
