Roles and Responsibilities

• Appraise and process Loan against Property/Home Loans proposals for the Geography by
• adhering Policy and Processes Laid down by the Bank.
• Monitor the existing portfolio for Loan Against Property Book for the location.
• To fulfill internal and external compliance requirements of bank .
• To work in close co-ordination with business team and other units of the bank
• To co-ordinate with the different vendors like,Valuer and Legal/LIP etc
• Comply on all Audit Requirement and revert on compliances if any.
