Job description

As an Operations and Logistics Manager at TWT, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily
operations of our supply chain and logistics processes. You will work closely with internal teams, external
partners, and vendors to ensure that products are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your
role will involve optimizing processes, managing inventory levels, analyzing data to identify areas for
improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline distribution and improve efficiency
- Develop relations with Quick commerce Customers’ supply chain team
- Manage transportation and distribution activities to meet customer requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the planning team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to solve problems and drive continuous
improvement initiatives

Attention to detail with ability to spot patterns
Very structured in day-to-day work
Collaborative in nature. The job involves working with a lot of cross functional teams while being in the
hot seat. The person needs to be comfortable with this type of a role and have maturity to handle
