Job Description

JOB DETAILS


Liaise with the sales team in order to understand customers’ needs and expectations & deliver smooth shipping experience;
Liaise with vendors i.e shipping line, agents, CHA etc to ensure timely service delivery to customer;
Manage documentation , special requests & coordination with supply partners.
One point contact for all account related escalations;
Ensure customer quotations are available, new enquiries are attended & all price procurement is done properly;
Document, investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely fashion;
Ensure all invoices are billed & outstanding reminders are made to customer in timely fashion.
Ensure that the system is updated with all shipment related updates and guide the customer to check the status online.
Follow policies, procedures, standards, and ensure compliance with transport regulations;
Review work Instructions periodically and update as required to reflect changes and ensure compliances;
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Company.
