The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with ERP systems in a fast-paced environmen\n\nt\nResponsibilities and Duti\nesVerify, process, and record vendor invoices accurately in the accounting syste\nm.Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies/update payment statu\ns.Ensure proper accounting entries in line with company policie\ns.Assist in month-end closing activitie\ns.Prepare variance analysis for management revie\nw.Maintain accurate documentation and audit trail\ns.Ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS, GST input credit, etc\n).Perform vendor account reconciliations quarterl\ny.Track outstanding payables and ageing analys\nisPrepare AP reports for management revie\n\nw.\nRequired Skills and Experie\nnce2–3 years of hands-on experience in the Accounts Payable functi\non.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and vendor manag\nnt.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functio\nns.Experience working with ERP systems and financial software such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platfor\nms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to deta\nil.Excellent verbal and written communication skil\nls.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environme\nnt.High level of accuracy, integrity, and accountab ili\n\nty.\nPreferred Qualificat\nionsExperience in process improvement and automation within Accounts Payable functi\nons.Knowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and compliance requireme\nnts.Familiarity with financial reporting and management das hboa\n\nrds.\nEducation Re quire\nmentsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related f\nield.Inter CA or Inter CMA qualification prefe\n\nrred.
