Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (On-site)

Experience Required: 1–4 years

CTC Range : ₹4–5 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our in-house design

team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user

behavior, and product usability, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant, and

user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

%CF; Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design

goals.

%CF; Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to derive actionable insights.

%CF; Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

%CF; Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.

%CF; Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across

platforms.

%CF; Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and implementation.

%CF; Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and innovations.

Skills & Tools Required:

• Design Tools: Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
• Prototyping Tools: Figma, Marvel, Framer
• Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion

Design Expertise:

%CF; User-Centered Design (UCD) & Design Thinking

%CF; User research & usability testing

%CF; Visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive layouts

%CF; Maintaining design systems & style guides

Nice-to-Have:

%CF; Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for developer collaboration

%CF; Familiarity with AI-based design tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins)

Ideal Candidate:

%CF; Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused designs and prototypes
