Lab Manager - RF, OTA & EMC Testing

We’re Hiring: Lab Manager – RF, OTA, EMC & Telecom Testing | Bengaluru, India

Aracion is seeking an experienced Lab Manager to lead our RF, OTA, EMC and telecom testing laboratories. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills and a sound understanding of wireless technologies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.

'14; Manage day to day operations of RF, OTA and EMC testing laboratories

'14; Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical specialists

'14; Ensure compliance with NABL, TEC, FCC, CE and applicable international standards

'14; Oversee testing activities for:

• WiFi 5/6/6E/7

• 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G User Equipment (UE)

• 4G and 5G Base Stations

• Multi Standard Radios (MSR)

• Active Antenna Systems (AAS)

• OTA and Antenna Performance Testing

• EMC and Regulatory Compliance Testing

'14; Drive laboratory utilisation, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction

'14; Support audits, accreditations and scope expansions

'14; Interface with customers, certification bodies and technology partners

• 10+ years of experience in RF, OTA, EMC or telecom testing

• Good understanding of wireless communication technologies and the 3GPP standards framework

• Familiarity with 3GPP specifications related to User Equipment, Base Stations, Radio Performance and OTA testing

• Experience in UE, Base Station, MSR Radio and AAS testing

• Hands on experience with RF test instruments and automation platforms

• Strong understanding of RF measurements and test methodologies

• Experience managing technical teams and laboratory operations

• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, TEC, FCC, CE and global compliance requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field

• Experience managing accredited test laboratories

• Knowledge of 5G NR, Massive MIMO, Beamforming, ORAN and NTN technologies
