Sr. Customer Support Associate (Voice)


Location: Infopark, Kochi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000/month

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Experience: 1–3 years in BPO / Customer Support Voice Process (Mandatory)

Career gap candidates & sales background profiles will not be considered

Shift Timing:

Male: 2 PM – 12 AM

Female: 9 AM – 7 PM


Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
  • Maintain excellent customer experience and communication standards
  • Update customer interactions and records in the system



Requirements

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • 1–3 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support Voice Process
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Voice process experience is compulsory
  • Willingness to work in assigned shift timings
  • Must attend a face-to-face interview
  • Immediate joiners preferred (optional)
  • Candidates with career gaps or pure sales background will not be considered
